Notice for the Purchase of Premises of the National Centre for Social Research (EKKE)

The National Centre for Social Research (EKKE), acting as the Contracting Authority, announces a public tender in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree 715/1979 (Government Gazette 212/10-9-1979, Volume A), as amended and in force, for the purchase of a standalone and independent property (building) within the urban planning zones of the following municipalities:

1. Athens,
2. Kallithea,
3. Moschato – Tavros,
4. Dafni – Ymittos,
5. Vyronas,
6. Kaisariani,
7. Zografou,
8. Papagou – Cholargos,
9. Galatsi,
10. Filothei – Psychiko, and
11. Nea Ionia.

The property should have a total gross surface area of approximately 2,100 to 3,250 sq.m. of main spaces and approximately 300 to 1,150 sq.m. of auxiliary spaces, suitable for meeting the housing needs of EKKE. The location, features, and specifications are detailed in Article 2 (SUBJECT) of the Tender Notice and in Annexes A and B thereof.

The maximum offered price is set at six million two hundred thirty-three thousand euros (€6,233,000.00), including all expenses, taxes, and purchase fees, as specified in the Tender Notice.

The deadline for the submission of bids is set for Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.
