Presentation of the existing National and European framework concerning policy formulation on wages and other wage costs

The purpose of this study is to present the national and European framework for wage and non-wage costs for businesses. These two components consist the labour cost and its imprint is extremely important for assessing its impact on competitiveness, but also on the sustainability of enterprises, especially in  times of economic crisis.
