Evaluation report of effectiveness of training in Public Administration (2nd half 2011)

The report refers to the results of a quantitative survey entitled "Evaluation of the effectiveness of training in public administration", which was implemented by the completion of a questionnaire from 1225 persons who attended training courses at the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government in 2011. The thematic sections included the following: a) Attitudes towards public sector training sessions, b) Relationship between training program attendance and work object; c) Meeting training needs from the content of training program; d) Effect of  training program on professional performance; e) Contribution of  training program into the improvement of knowledge and skills / efficiency; f) Changes in the service after completion of the program; g) Impact of changes in improving the efficiency of the service; h) Obstacles in service concerning adopting of change.
