Introduction to the Law and Elements of Civil Law

This book aims to examine and analyze the concept of law and its functioning in the wider social context and to present fundamental concepts of civil law. It is an introductory textbook for law in general and, in particular, civil law, which is the largest sector of private law. The approach of legal concepts is made in such a way so that they can be understood not only by legal practitioners, but also by students who are in contact for the first time with law and the legal thought.

The book is divided in two big parts, the first of which constitutes the introduction to law, while the second one analyses some of the most important issues of Civil Law, which are also mentioned in the five books of the Civil Law.
