The institutional framework of the Programme ‘Help at Home’ and the highlighting of the peculiarities from its implementation

The article initially briefly presents the four 1994-2002, 2003-2007, 2008-2011, and 2012-2015 development phases of the "Help at Home" programme  with the specifics of each of them, focusing on the institutional framework. Then the results of the EKKE research carried out in 2013 are presented. These results were submitted to the Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Welfare. Particular reference is made to the way the Program operates in the Municipality of Athens.
