The aim of the proposed project is to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of the consulting tools used by the Information Technology, Consulting, and Education group of companies, APOPSI. Specifically, the project team is tasked with:

1. Collaborating with the company's staff to jointly evaluate the psychometric qualities of the 23 consulting tools, utilizing the results produced so far from the application of these tools.
2. Updating the content of the career interests tool, based on the current occupational classification from ELSTAT (ISCO-08).
