The European organisation CESSDA ERIC, in the context of formulating its broader strategy and assessing priorities for internal development projects, has set up a CESSDA Working Group "Tools & Services" with five representatives from its members (ServiceProviders). I was invited to participate in the Working Group as an expert on Archives development issues as well as on the experience of the national and European research community of Archives users in exploring data needs.
