The project aims to reshape the framework of public dialogue by enriching it with substantial, verified, and cross-checked information on scientific issues that are at the center of public interest (issues related to the pandemic and climate change). Furthermore, it aims to encourage citizens' participation in the search for reliable information on the topics under examination - and beyond - and, through this, to engage them meaningfully in public life. Based on the experience gained from a previous research program funded by ELIDEK and coordinated by EKKE, the project will be implemented through a combination of machine learning and research journalism.
