In the context of the EU, Greece invests to a large degree in its cultural deposit, in view of attaining its basic development targets (Touristic-Economic-Cultural Development). Efficiency in the exploitation of cultural resources depends to a great degree onthe mode of fuctioning of cultural organisms. In view of the new conditions obtaining in the political-economic (crisis), technological (digital revolution) and socio-economic (poverty, vulnerable social groups, multiculturalism) environment, the project aims to examine the necessary adaptations of cultural organisms in order to attain their goals and mainly to highlight their good practices and locate any aspects necessitating improvement.
