The State Scholarships Foundation (IKY), in collaboration with the European Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), has been designated as the National Support Service for the Electronic Platform for Adult Learning in Europe (EPALE) under the Erasmus+ Programme. As part of its contractual obligations to EACEA, IKY is responsible for conducting a national survey to assess the needs of Greek users of the platform. The IKY board has commissioned the National Centre for Social Research (EKKE) to carry out this survey.
