The objective of the project is the in-depth empirical investigation of gender discrimination under conditions of multiple crises (economic, humanitarian, health, and energy crises). The general goal of the project is to improve knowledge and support public discussion regarding the impact of the multiple and successive crises that occurred during the period 2008-2022: the socio-economic crisis, the pandemic crisis, and the onset of the current energy crisis. The project focuses on four critical areas: 1) The paid labor sector of women. 2) The unpaid labor sector (care work and domestic work). 3) The area of domestic violence. 4) The area of women in politics. The project will attempt to explore the awareness and sensitivity of female politicians in highlighting the impact of multiple crises on women.
