The project investigates the relationship between socio-economic, socio-demographic, ethnic, and cultural diversification with social cohesion, economic performance, and the social mobility of individuals and groups. The field research includes in-depth interviews with political officials, entrepreneurs, and residents in 17 cities across Europe and Canada.
