This research project aims to explore the qualitative aspects of the "Acquisition of Academic Teaching Experience for Young PhD Holders" initiative through the conduction of 40 semi-structured interviews. The interviews will be conducted with beneficiaries, young scientists, representatives of trade unions of young scientists, and faculty members of host universities.
