This study, grounded in the framework of European policy on inclusion and diversity, focuses on a gender-based investigation of the participation of students in IKY ERASMUS+ KA1 mobility programs during the period 2014–2020. It utilizes data from IKY’s electronic records concerning gender and scientific field participation. For the same period, the mobility of faculty members (both men and women) is also examined by gender and academic discipline across the individual Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the country.
