This project develops the Guide related to workflows, processes, and familiarity with the policies that constitute the work domain and which new staff members of the CESSDA ERIC Archives (Data Curators of Service Providers) should be aware of. The Guide will be enriched with new content, chapters related to pilot projects, and procedures connected to the work of data professionals. It will be available online with exercises and games (gamification), based on the model of the Data Management Expert Guide (DMEG), which is aimed at researchers. Further publicity and training activities for familiarization are also planned for all partner countries.
